This tea underwent a 60-day off-ground fermentation in 2021, transforming its bold characters into a mellow, smooth Shu with comforting depth.
Pressed into convenient 7g mini balls and wrapped in traditional bamboo, it offers a viscous liquor, layered with earthy sweetness, sticky rice aroma, and a clean, sweet finish that lingers on the palate.
