White tea is tea in its most understated form — picked, wither naturally, then dried without being shaped or fired. Some are pressed into cakes for storage and aging, where time does most of the work.

We work with white teas from Fuding and Zhenghe in Fujian, and Yunnan. Fuding teas are clean and gentle; Zhenghe adds a little more structure and depth. Yunnan tea leaf is larger and the tea carries more warmth and weight. Different places, different moods — both chosen for how honestly they express themselves over time.
