2025 High Mountain Dancong Tasting Set

Three high-mountain 老枞 Dancongs from Wudong on Phoenix Mountain — Almond, Ginger Flower, and hundred-year Honey Orchid — grown between about 850 and 950 metres on eighty- to hundred-year bushes. The 2025 spring lots were made by Tea Master Mr Wen, each roasted differently so you can taste what light, medium, and a strong four-round bake do to the same old-bush spine.

Together they keep that shared character: clean and consistent across about ten infusions, elegant aroma, sweet and long on the finish — then pull apart into cream and almond, ginger-blossom lift, and deep honey-orchid perfume.

We put this set together so you can drink the old-bush line side by side, in 6g samples or 25g packs, before you settle on a favourite.
