White Tea: Moonlight 1st Grade (无量风月) 4g / Wuliang Mountain, Yunnan

Green Tea: Jasmine Green (茉莉花绿茶) 10g / Fujian

Red Tea: Jin Jun Mei (Golden Horse Eyebrow 金骏眉) 10g / Wuyi, Fujian

Oolong Tea: Formosa Alishan High Mountain Oolong (阿里山乌龙) 10g / Jiayi, Taiwan

Oolong Tea: Osmanthus Oolong (桂香乌龙) 10g / Anxi, Fujian

We have a very strict criteria when it comes to selecting 'floral tea': teas with natural floral note, or teas that absorbs the fragrance of blossoming flowers during the the tea's own oxidation process. Instead of simply blending in dried flowers at the end, the fragrance of the flowers is scented onto the leaves already at the earliest stage. The elaborate process facilitates full absorption of the floral scent, thus releasing its essence most effectively.

Moonlight 1st Grade:

Jasmin Green:

long-lasting and tender aftertaste

Osmanthus Oolong:
Osmanthus floral fragrance
fresh and smooth taste

Formosa Alishan High Mountain Oolong:
floral and fruity fragrance
refreshing and smooth taste
tender sweet aftertaste

Jin Jun Mei (Golden Horse Eyebrow):
floral sweet and woody fragrance
honey, fruity and mild taste, hint of lychee
long lasting and tender sweet aftertaste

Moonlight 1st Grade: Gaiwan/teapot, 3g tea in 110ml/90°C water
(could be brewed for 7-10 times)
the 1st time: 30s
the rest of times: +20s per extra time

Jasmin Green: glass teaware, 3g tea in 300ml/95°C water (could be brewed for 2-3 times) for 3min

Osmanthus Oolong: Gaiwan/teapot, 5g tea in 250ml/100°C water (could be brewed for 3 times) for 2 min

Alishan Oolong: Gaiwan/teapot 5g tea in 110ml/90°C water
(could be brewed for 6-7 times)
the 1st-3rd time: 20s
the 4th-7th time: 40s

Jin Jun Mei: Gaiwan/teapot, 5g tea in 110ml/90°C water
(could be brewed for 7-10 times)
the 1st-3rd time: 15s
the 4th-10th time: 25s, +15s per extra time
